Lead Pastors

Rudy and Jessica Lauren Sardiñas have a passion for Lee County,  AL and moved to the area in 2021 with a vision to plant a life giving church. They have over 9 years of ministry experience and both graduated from Christ for the Nations in Dallas, TX in 2012. At a young age both have felt the call of God on their lives to lead people to Jesus through biblical truth and authentic relationships that bring about radical change.
Rudy and Jessica Lauren are family people. They have a son, Beckham, that loves to worship Jesus by dancing,  singing,  and playing instruments. They look forward to being a church that comes alongside families to equip them to have Christ-centered marriages and to raise their children to love and live by the Word of God. No matter where you are in life they want to come alongside you to strengthen you in the things of the Lord.

External and Internal Leadership Teams

At Neos we have two types of leadership teams in place for accountability:
On the external team we have our Pastoral Advisory Group. This group is comprised of seasoned Pastors that are leading healthy churches, and have a proven track record of being good stewards of not only the ministry God has given them, but also their home. This group counsels our Lead Pastors, and is their direct accountability in all areas of their lives, not just Neos Church life. This team is prepared to come in and tend to any need Neos Church may have. They will occasionally speak at one of our Gatherings, and are a part of Neos Church behind the scenes.
On an internal level we have our Neos Advisory Team. This team is comprised of individuals who are bought into the vision of Neos Church. These individuals serve, they partner financially, and they are involved in major financial decisions. They also assist the Pastoral team in hiring and evaluating staff, and they help to navigate Neos Church through various difficult decisions.

These two groups help to insure that Neos Church is constantly listening to God's heartbeat for our region, and making the appropriate steps to keep Neos Church healthy.
